After completing his Ph.D. from Calcutta University, he later joined as a post doctoral in California Institute of Technology, USA and was among core team members working on cutting edge technology.
He then went to MacMaster, Canada and worked there for almost a decade. He came back to Roorkee with the goal of providing the world with the most remarkable range of laboratory and scientific instruments.
